· Disciple new Christians
· Co-ordinate and integrate all aspects of the work of MCC
· Overview pastoral care
· Overview and steer the Home Fellowship Groups programme
· Mentor the Associate Pastor
Qualities that are required
· A strong Christian faith
· A passion for serving God and His people
· A pastoral heart
· Motivational and mentoring skills
· Good public communication abilities
· A formal theological qualification (preferred)
· Previous experience in church leadership
· Openness to learning
· Awareness of cultural shifts in society
